Wash & Care:

1. Rinse off any urine, discharge and sweat,  under running cold water.
2. Place your Indiewear Pads in a , or bin until wash day.
3. Hand or machine wash with a commercially available detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners. Don't scrub. Ideally wash them in a mesh bag for longevity!
4. Hang dry, or tumble dry on low heat for a maximum of 10 minutes. Don't worry if there are some stains. The sun can do wonders for giving your Indiewear Pads a facelift.
5. Have an ice cream or climb a mountain. You are a badass and the planet is a better place because of you.
