Basic Almond Milk Recipe

serves 2-4 people

Ingredients

2 cups almonds (soaked for about 6-8 hrs)

4 cups water

Sea salt to taste

How to:

1. Blend everything till smooth.

2. Strain through a nut milk bag.

3. Dehydrate the nut pulp for later use.

4. Drink up! Or use as a base for smoothies, or over cereal.

For chocolate milk add 2 tbs. cacao nibs and 2 tbs. sweetener of choice (agave, maple syrup, coconut sugar, etc)
